摘    要:四川气田是典型的含硫气田,含硫天然气和酸性气田水对采输设备和管道的腐蚀十分严重,所以选择耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长的管材是解决问题的关键。文章介绍了玻璃钢管道的性能,与钢管相比,玻璃钢管道具有耐腐蚀性强、内表面光滑、水力性能好、自重轻、强度高、使用寿命长等特点,适合于四川含硫气田天然气、气田水的输送。通过对玻璃钢管和无缝钢管输气量的对比,玻璃钢管在输气量上超过钢管,且随着输气起点压力的提高,输气增加率有上升趋势,证明玻璃钢管用于输送含硫气田天然气和气田水具有高效性。

Abstract:Sichuan gas field is a typical sour gas reservoir. Natural gas with sulfur content erodes oil extraction and transportation equipment and pipelines. This paper introduces the performance of fiberglass reinforced plastic pipeline. Compared with steel pipeline, FRP pipeline has the advantages such as strong anticorrosion, smooth inner surface, fine hydraulic performance, light deadweight, high strength and long service life. Therefore it is propitious to the transportation of natural gas and gas field water of the gas fields with sulfur content in Sichuan. FRP pipeline preponderates over seamless steel pipeline in gas transportation volume. And along with the increase of initial gas transportation pressure, the transportation increasing rate has a raising trend. These proves the application of FRP pipeline in the transportation of natural gas and gas field water of the gas fields with sulfur content is highly efficient.
