基于ITIL运维服务管理体系的研究和设计

随着信息化应用的不断普及和深入,信息系统已成为支撑企业运作不可缺少的一部分,系统的运行维护也显得越来越重要。文章基于对ITIL最佳实践的研究,设计了一套IT运维服务管理体系,从而达到加强运维管理、提高运维效率、改善运维质量的目的,充分发挥信息化对企业的支撑和推动作用。

Research and Design of an ITIL Based IT Service Management Framework

With the increasing popularity and depth of information application, information systems play an essential role in supporting business operations, while the operation and maintenance of information systems have become more and more important in enterprises. Based on ITIL best practice, along with the current situation of IT operation and maintenance management, a feasible IT service management framework is proposed in this paper, helping enterprises enhance IT operation and maintenance capability, improve the efficiency and quality of IT service, support and promote our core business.
