摘    要:金属橡胶因其优异的性能被广泛用于解决工程中的振动问题,而目前对金属橡胶非成型方向的研究较少.制备了2.5 g/cm3,3.0 g/cm3,3.2 g/cm3,3.5 g/cm3四种密度的金属橡胶,通过材料试验机对其进行1~4 Hz的正弦加载试验,获得了力-位移曲线.分析了成型方向和非成型方向动态压缩机理,以等效损耗因子...

Abstract:Metal rubber is widely used to solve vibration problems.However,the research on the non-forming direction of metal rubber is few.Metal rubber with densities of 2.5 g/cm^3,3.0 g/cm^3,3.5 g/cm^3 and 4.0 g/cm^3 were prepared.Sinusoidal loading tests of 1-4 Hz were carried out,and the force-displacement curves were obtained.The dynamic compression mechanism of the two directions was analyzed.The effect of loading frequency and density on damping characteristics was analyzed using equivalent loss factor.The damping model of non-forming direction was established by a parameter separation method and the parameters were identified.The results show that metal rubber has anisotropy,with the increase of the density of metal rubber,the loss factor decreases.Compared with the forming direction,the non-forming direction has greater dynamic stiffness.Its damping performance is less affected by the change of frequency and more affected by the density in the low frequency band.
