淡黄裂孔菌和硫色小木层孔菌发酵液化学成分的研究

目的研究2种白色木腐高等真菌淡黄裂孔菌Schizopora flavipora(Berk.&M.A.Curtis ex Cooke)Ryvarden和硫色小木层孔菌Phellinidium sulphurascens(Pilát)Y.C.Dai(syn.Coniferiporia sulphurascens)发酵液中的化学成分。方法淡黄裂孔菌和硫色小木层孔菌发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物的分析采用硅胶、Sephadex LH?20、中压液相色谱、制备HPLC等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从淡黄裂孔菌发酵液中分离得到2个化合物分别鉴定为1?methoxy?7?hydroxy?methylxanthone(1)、1,7?dihydroxy?methylxanthone(2);从硫色小木层孔菌发酵液中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为异地花菌素(3)、7?drimene?3,11?diol(4)、7?drimene?3,11,12?triol(5)。结论化合物1~2为首次从淡黄裂孔菌中得到,化合物1为首次以天然产物形式分离得到;化合物3为首次从硫色小木层孔菌中分离得到。

Chemical constituents from the fermentation broth of Schizopora flavipora and Phellinidium sulphurascens

AIM To study the chemical constituents from the fermentation broth of two white wood?decaying higher fungi including Schizopora flavipora(Berk.&M.A.Curtis ex Cooke)Ryvarden and Phellinidium sul?phurascens(Pilát)Y.C.Dai(syn.Coniferiporia sulphurascens).METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from cultures of S.flavipora and P.sulphurascens were isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH?20,MPLC and pre?parative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spec?tral data.RESULTS Two compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of S.flavipora and identified as 1?methoxy?7?hydroxy?methylxanthone(1),1,7?dihydroxy?methylxanthone(2).Three compounds were isolated from the cultures of P.sulphurascens and identified as(3),7?drimene?3,11,12?triol(4),7?drimene?3,11?diol(5).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is isolated as a natural product for the first time and compounds 1-2 are first isolated from S.flavipora.Compound 3 is first isolated from P.sulphurascens.
