人文关怀护理在脑梗死患者中的应用效果

目的分析神经内科特需病房脑梗死患者的人文护理需求,对实施全面人文关怀护理服务的临床效果进行评价。方法选取2019年1-12月在天津市环湖医院神经内科特需病房实施人文关怀护理服务的脑梗死患者160例作为研究组,选取2018年1-12月在天津市环湖医院神经内科特需病房实施常规护理服务的脑梗死患者160例作为对照组。对两组患者护理前后的肢体运动能力采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表进行评估;对两组患者护理前后的生活质量采用Barthel指数进行评估;根据护理服务满意度问卷量表调查两组患者对临床护理服务的总满意率。结果护理后,两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数明显高于护理前;且研究组Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率为97.50%,高于对照组88.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面实施人文关怀护理不仅可以明显改善脑梗死患者肢体运动能力,还能提高患者的生活质量及护理满意率,提升临床护理质量,有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Application effect of humanistic care nursing in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the needs of humanistic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction in Special Needs Ward of Neurology Department,and to evaluate of clinical effect of comprehensive humanistic care nursing service.Methods From January to December 2019,160 patients with cerebral infarction who received humanistic care nursing service in the Special Needs Ward of Neurology Department of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital were selected as the study group;from January to December 2018,160 patients with cerebral infarction who received routine nursing service in the Special Needs Ward of Neurology Department of Tianjin Huanhu Hospital were selected as the control group.Fugl-Meyer motor function score scale was used to evaluate the limb motor ability of the two groups before and after nursing;Barthel index was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing;the total satisfaction rate of the two groups with clinical nursing service was investigated according to the nursing service satisfaction questionnaire.Results After nursing,the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing;and the Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.50%,higher than 88.75% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive implementation of humanistic care nursing could not only significantly improve the limb movement ability of patients with cerebral infarction,but also significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction rate of patients,and improve the quality of clinical nursing,which had high clinical promotion and application value.
