摘    要:介绍了某项目3000 m3球罐喷淋冷却系统的管径、喷头及减压孔板的优化设计方案,并利用PIPENET软件对优化前后的喷淋冷却系统进行了模拟计算;其模拟数据显示:优化后系统的阻力损失和入口端压力降低了,消防安全的级别提升了。

Abstract:This paper introduces the optimization scheme for spray cooling system of the 3000 m3 spherical tank in a project including optimizing the pipe diameter,spray nozzle and orifice.PIPENET software is used to simulate the spray cooling system before and after optimization,and the results show that the resistance loss and pressure required at inlet are reduced and the level of fire protection is improved.
