复合孕育对可锻铸铁组织转变的影响

摘    要:采用稀土硅铁、铋为复合孕育剂,对可锻铸铁进行了孕育处理。利用差热分析法测定了碳化物及珠光体的分解温度,观察了复合孕育可锻铸铁的组织,并阐述了其作用机理。复合孕育可使可锻铸铁的铸态组织细化,降低碳化物和珠光体的分解温度,同时还可改善石墨化效果,保证石墨细小、分布均匀,且呈团絮或团球状形态。

Abstract:The malleable iron was inoculated with compound inoculating agent containing Re-Si-Fe alloy and Bi. The decomposition temperature of carbides and the pearlite transformation of malleable iron were measured by the differential thermal analysis. The microstructure of malleable iron inoculated by the compound inoculating agent are examined and the inoculating mechanism are discussed. Compound inoculation can refine as-cast microstructure of malleable iron, and decrease the decomposition temperature of carbides and pearl ite. It can also improve the graphitizing effect, thus cause fine and uniform distributed graphite with vermicular and nodular shape.
