危重病患者早期肠内营养预防应激性溃疡的作用

目的验证早期肠内营养对重症患者应激性溃疡的预防作用，并对这类患者的护理注意事项进行探讨。方法对77例进ICU的危重患者随机分成早期肠内营养组（42例）和延迟肠内营养组（35例），分别对每例患者的胃液及粪便进行不同时间段的隐血情况监测。结果早期肠内营养组与延迟肠内营养组上消化道出血发生分别为4／42和15／35例（P〈0．001）。结论早期肠内营养对危重患者应激性溃疡的发生有一定的预防作用。

The effect of early enteral nutrition on severe patients with stress ulcer

Objective To evaluate the effect of early enteral nutrition on severe patients with stress ulcer. Methods 77 patients were randomly divided into two groups, including early enteral nutrition group （EEN, 42 cases） and delayed enteral nutrition group （DEN, 35 cases）. The incidence of occult bleeding （OB） of gastric juice and stool in different time were observed. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal hemorrhage of EEN and DEN were 4/42 and 15/35, respectively. Conclusion Early enteral nutrition may demonstrate prophylactic effect on severe patients with stress ulcer.
