| 摘 要： | 液压冲击器是广泛使用的一种工程机械,它的旋阀是这类机械两次振动输出液压系统的前置级,旋阀的振动控制了机械的冲击输出。本文考虑了供油的脉动,分析了旋阀的参数振动,计算了它在1/2次谐波和基波情况下供油脉动幅度和频率间的稳定范围,为液压冲击器旋阀设计提供了一个参数选取原则,即在稳定范围内选取各类有关参数。

| Abstract: | Hydraulic ram is widely used as an engineering machinery. It's rotary volve is the first stage in the hydraulic translating system of two stages of vibration output in this kind of machinery. The strike output of the machinery is controlled by the rotary volve. In this pa- per, the parametric vibration of the rotary volve is analyzed, the pulse of the pump is con- sidered and some stable regions of pulse frequency and pulse amplitude of the pump are ob- tained by calculating the 1/2 subharmonic resonance and the elemental harmonic reso- nance. Therefor this paper gives a principle of selecting those parameteres in designing a rotary volve in a hydraulic ram. |
