辅酶Q10联合生长激素用于体外受精-胚胎移植备孕期营养补充及对卵泡质量的影响

目的探讨辅酶Q10联合生长激素用于体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者备孕期营养补充的效果及对患者卵泡质量的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2018年12月医院收治的IVF-ET患者92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。两组患者均给予促排卵基础治疗,对照组患者在孕期给予生长激素治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合辅酶Q10治疗。两组患者均连续治疗12周。结果治疗后,观察组患者的促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者卵泡液细胞因子包括血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、生长分化因子-9(GDF-9)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度、获卵数、优质胚胎数、胚胎种植率、妊娠率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.04%,与对照组的8.70%相当(P>0.05)。结论辅酶Q10联合生长激素用于IVF-ET患者备孕期营养补充效果良好,能显著改善性激素水平,提升卵泡质量,改善IVF-ET结局,提高妊娠成功率,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Coenzyme Q10 Combined with Growth Hormone in Nutritional Supplementation During Pregnancy Preparation for in Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer Patients and Its Effect on Follicular Quality

Objective To study the application of coenzyme Q10 combined with growth hormone in nutritional supplement during pregnancy preparation for in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)patients and its effect on follicular quality.Methods Ninety-two IVF-ET patients treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment of ovulation induction;the control group was given growth hormone treatment during pregnancy,and the observation group was combined with coenzyme Q10 treatment on this basis.Both groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of follicular fluid cytokines including vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),growth differentiation factor-9(GDF-9)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness,the number of eggs obtained,the number of high-quality embryos,fertilization rate,embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 13.04%in the observation group,which had no significant difference compared with 8.70%in the control group.(P>0.05).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 combined with growth hormone has a good effect in nutritional supplementation during pregnancy preparation for IVF-ET patients.It can improve the sex hormone level,follicle quality,IVF-ET outcomes,pregnancy success rate and treatment safety of patients with IVF-ET,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
