摘    要:以纳米稀土复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3为催化剂,乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯.通过正交试验考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响.结果表明,最佳的反应条件是:乙酸用量为0.2 mol时,乙酸与正丁醇摩尔比为1∶1.4,催化剂用量为1.0g,回流分水反应时间为120 min.在此条件下,酯化率可达98.8%.实验还发现,稀土复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3可多次重复使用并可活化再生,是一种稳定性高、选择性好的新型环境友好催化剂.

Abstract:n-Butyl acetate was synthesized from n-butanol and acetic acid with rare earth composite solid superacid SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 as catalyst.The influences of reaction conditions on the esterification rate were investigated by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum conditions for synthesis of n-butyl acetate using SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 solid superacid were as follows:the amount of acetic acid 0.2 mol,molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol 1:1.4,the amount of catalyst 1.0 g,reaction time 120 min at reflux temperature.The esterification rate could reach 98.8%.The rare earth composite solid superacid SO42-/ZrO2-Nd2O3 had good reusability and could be regenerated by activation,and it was a novel environment-friendly catalyst with good stability and selectivity.
