摘    要:对蔬菜中六六六(BHC)、滴滴涕(DDT)残留量的快速、低成本检测方法进行了研究.样品用正己烷-丙酮作提取剂,用快速混匀器快速提取,提取液中加入浓硫酸,然后用快速混匀器净化,氮吹浓缩,采用SPB-5弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD检测BHC,DDT的残留量.方法的线性范围为4.5×10-13~3.5×10-11 g,最小检测量为1.2×10-13~6.6×10-12 g,加样平均回收率为87.4%~97.2% (RSD为1.0%~4.7%).本方法成本低,简便快速,在2 h内即可完成检测.

Abstract:The rapid and low cost capillary GC method was introduced for the determination of BHC and DDT pesticide residues in vegetables. BHC and DDT were rapidly extracted from vegetable with mixed solvents (n hexane_acetone) by rapid mixer, cleaned up by concentrated sulfuric acid,concentrated by nitrogen evaporator, separated by capillary column(SUPELCO) and detected by ECD. The capillary column was SPB_5 ((30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)); The average recoveries were within 87.4%~97.2% and RSD 1.0%~4.7%. This method is low cost, simple and rapid. It can be finished in two hours.
