| 摘 要： | 研究了６８例１２岁以下的远视性屈光参差弱视及合并屈光参差的斜视性弱视，以探讨屈光参差程度与弱视深度的关系及屈光参差性弱视发病的机制及临床意义。远视性中心注视组屈光参差性弱视中，弱视深度与屈光参差程度存在正相关关系，弱视深度与引起弱视时的屈光参差程度、发生年龄及其他因素有关，屈光参差程度的增加为伴随现象。

| Abstract: | This study was designed to investigate the relationship and mechanism of the degree of
anisometropia to the depth of amblyopia in 68 cases untreated anisometropic amblyopia with or
without strabismus aged 3 to 12.In anisohypermetropic amblyopia,a positive correlation was found
between the degree of anisometropia and the depth of amblyopia.The depth of amblyopia
correlated with the age when anisometropia occured. |
