摘    要:介绍了产生转子不对中故障的原因和形式,基于转子动力学理论,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了轴承-转子-联轴器系统的有限元模型。应用谐响应分析方法,研究了联轴器处模拟圆盘的谐响应曲线,并通过改变轴承与联轴器之间的距离得到不同的谐位移。研究结果表明,联轴器与轴承之间的设计间距是影响不对中量的重要因素,因此,轴承的设计与安装应尽量避开不对中量的峰值。

Abstract:The causes of rotor misalignment and the misalignment forms are introduced.Based on the theory of rotor dynamics,the finite element model of rotor-bearing-coupling system is established using ANSYS.In addition,the harmonic response analysis method is used to study the harmonic response curve of simulative disk at the coupling,and various harmonic displacements are obtained by changing the designed distance between the bearing and the coupling.The study results show that the distance between the bearing and ...
