| 摘 要： | 目的 运用极坐标的方法实现对汉族美貌人群软硬组织标志点理想位置个体化预测。方法 选择62名某高校大一美貌学生，年龄19～22岁，拍摄头颅侧位定位片。以Bolton（Bo）点为极点，Bo-N线为极轴建立极坐标系。分别测量颌面部软硬组织标志点的极坐标，测量结果通过Minitab 15和SPSS Statistics 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 所得测量距离（极径）与Bo-N（极径L）和Lsinα有相关关系（P＜0.01），所得测量角度（极角）与N-Bo-Sn(α角) 均有相关关系（P＜0.05），所得测量颅颌面软硬组织标志点的位置均可通过与二者相关的回归方程来表示（P＜0.01）。颏顶点Gn的极坐标具备以下特征：①极径Bo-Gn(L′)与Bo-N(L)成正相关关系：L′=2.067+1.111L-0.545Lsinα。②极角Sn-Bo-Gn（β）与N-Bo-Sn(α)成正相关关系：β=1.234α+21.749（P＜0.01）。结论 任意患者，测量其Bo-N(L)和N-Bo-Sn(α)，均可通过极坐标的回归方程得出其颌面部软硬组织标志点的理想位置。
