摘    要:盘类齿轮端面和台阶面外圆作为基准进行定位加工时,齿轮轴线与工作台旋转轴线不重合会造成加工误差,为此,提出了一种盘类齿轮成形磨齿自适应加工方法。介绍了盘类齿轮成形磨齿自适应加工实现原理;通过采集齿轮在工作台上的关键位置坐标,拟合出了齿轮中心孔轴线在工作台坐标系的实际位置,以该轴线为Z轴建立了齿轮轴线坐标系,推导了齿轮轴线坐标系内坐标与工作台坐标系内坐标的转换公式,并计算出每个齿槽切削时砂轮需要调整的角度。齿轮加工实例计算与仿真模拟的结果表明:当齿轮装夹后中心孔轴线偏心时,通过该方法可以提高齿轮的加工精度。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the machining errors caused by the mismatch between the gear axis and the rotation axis when the location benchmark in the disc gear finishing processes was the end face and the outer circle of step surface,a new method called adaptive machining of disc gear forming grinding was proposed.The principles of adaptive machining of disc gear form grinding were introduced.The coordinates of the gears at the key positions on the worktable were collected,the actual position of axis of the central hole in the workbench coordinate system was fitted out.The axis was regarded as Z axis to establish the gear coordinate system.Then the formulae for the transformation were derived between coordinates in the gear axis coordinate system and coordinates in the workbench coordinate system and the angles that the grinding wheel needed to be adjusted in each slot cutting were calculated.The calculation and simulation results of gear machining examples show that when gear axis of the center hole is eccentric after gear clamping, the gear machining accuracy may be improved by this method.
