摘    要:考虑平衡钢丝绳对提升系统张力的影响,针对钢丝绳上行过程建立了钢丝绳在天轮处的张力微分方程,在此基础上推导出动态拉力下的钢丝绳扭转特性公式,最后以某千米深井矿的五阶段加速度运行参数作为输入对扭矩、最大扭转角、单位扭转角以及旋转圈数等扭转特性进行分析。分析结果表明:提升钢丝绳最大扭转角总是位于钢丝绳中部,运行过程中等价于旋转力作用于钢丝绳中部后,提升钢丝绳上部出现松捻,单位扭转角为负值,下部出现紧捻,单位扭转角为正值。从数学图形与分析的角度解释了紧捻、松捻的概念与提升钢丝绳在运行过程中产生紧捻、松捻的原因。

Abstract:Considering the effect of balance rope on the tension of the lifting system, the tension differential equation of the wire rope in the ascending process at the wheel is established. On the basis of this, the torsional characteristics of wire rope under dynamic tension are derived. The torsional characteristics such as torsion, maximum torsion angle, torsion angle and rotation number are analyzed, based on the five stage acceleration operation parameters of a kilometer deep mine. The results showed that the maximum torsion angle of wire rope is always in the middle, it is equivalent to the middle of the steel wire rope with rotating force, loose twist is on the upper part of the hoisting rope, unit torsion angle is negative, the lower part is opposite. The conceptions and reasons of tight twist and loose twist in the running process are explained from the graphics.
