薄层快速修补混凝土的性能研究

摘    要:通过掺入复合功能掺合料配制出了坍落度达到200mm、4 h抗折强度大于3.15MPa、抗压强度大于12MPa的高早强大流动度薄层快速修补细石混凝土.而且具有黏结强度高、抗裂性能优良、耐久性好等特性.适用于混凝土路面养护、桥梁的快速修补及抢修、抢建、加固工程.

Abstract:The high-fluidity and super high-early strength lamella rapid-repair fine stone concrete prepared with the composite functional admixture SPF shows the compressive strength and the flexural strength is higher than 12 MPa and 3.15 MPa,respectively at 4 h,makes opening to traffic as early as 4 h after pavement mending.Besides,the concrete with 200 mm slump,high bond strength,good crack resistance ability and high durability.This material is applicable in maintenance of concrete pavement and rapid repair and r...
