摘    要:鹤壁六矿属于瓦斯突出矿井,掘进速度仅30m/月,矿井采掘接替严重失调.为了快速、有效地消除煤巷掘进工作面的突出危险性,结合六矿煤层赋存特点,采取水力挤出消突措施.运用水力挤出消突措施的工艺,以现场实测的大量数据为基础,通过对不同注水压力下消突效果研究,确定适合六矿水力挤出快速消突技术措施合理参数.制定了水力挤出综合防突技术工艺,有效消除煤巷掘进工作面的突出危险性,提高煤巷掘进进度,达到高产高效的目的,提高煤矿的经济效益.

Abstract:The HeBi six mineral belong to outburst mineral of high gas. The tunneling speed imitate 30 m/ mon and mine pit excavation replace seriously out of balance. In order to removing tunneling working surface outburst quickly and effectively, combine the Six Mineral coal beds characteristics, hydraulic pressing are taken to remove outburst measure. Based on a great deal of data gained from in-site, adopts the craft of the hydraulic pressing measure and investigate a different note water parameter hydraulic pressing to removing outburst result, to make sure Six Mineral hydraulic pressing to removing reasonable parameter of the outburst technique measure quickly. The paper research formation of the hydraulic extrude, synthesizing to defend the outstanding technique craft, valid cancellation the coal lane tunneling working surface outburst risk and enhances the coal lane tunneling progress, which achieved the highly effective production, enhances the enterprise the economic efficiency.
