轴向型粗粉分离器特性的数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用Fluent软件对轴向型粗粉分离器内气—固两相流体进行了数值模拟研究,并讨论了在不同挡板开度,不同通风量工况下粗粉分离器的分离特性。结合现场实验结果表明:改造后的粗粉分离器的效率有了明显提高,制粉系统出力增加,分离器阻力大大降低,分离后的煤粉细度达到设定标准,很好的满足了锅炉炉膛燃烧的高效、稳定性要求。

Abstract:The gas-solid two-phase flow in a axial coarse pulverized-coal separator was simulated with Fluent,and the separation characteritsics of the separator with different vane angles and ventilations was discussed.From field experiments it was shown that,after reform,the efficiency of the separator and the capacity of the coal mill increase obviously,the resistance of separator decreases greatly,and the coal fineness reaches the designed level which meets the demand of high-effective and stable combustion of the boiler furnace.
