江苏电网设备状态评价系统的研究与实现

摘    要:为了更好地进行电网设备状态检修,需要对设备状态进行准确、实时的评价。文章设计并实现了江苏电网设备状态评价系统,该系统基于在线监测、带电检测、SCADA、PMS缺陷库等多个数据来源,通过“状态监测数据→缺陷→状态评价”联动机制实现设备状态实时评价,并与现有的PMS评价信息综合给出设备推荐状态,确保了评价结果的可靠性。设备状态评价结果用于支持电网调度和检修辅助决策。

Abstract:In order to improve grid equipment condition maintenance, we must real-time evaluate the condition accurately. This paper designs and implements the Jiangsu power gird equipment condition evaluation system, which is based multiple data sources including online monitoring, live detection, SCADA, PMS, etc. The "condition monitoring data→ defect→condition evaluation" linkage mechanism is adopted to achieve real-time evaluation. Combined with PMS evaluation information, a recommended equipment status result is given. The equipment condition evaluation results obtained from the system are used to support the decision of grid dispatching and maintenance.
