立式电机簧片振动频率的计算

摘    要:某立式电机在试验时发现振动大,通过美国NEMA标准对立式电机的叙述及相关分析计算,发现机座簧片振动频率低于电机的转速频率,经机座改造后振动合格,此时机座簧片振动频率高于转速频率。分析及多次实验认为,通过对机座簧片振动频率的计算可判断立式电机的机座刚度是否符合要求。

Vibration Frequency Calculation of Reed in Vertical Motor

Abstract:It was observed that vibration of one vertical motor is intensified during the test. According to American NEMA standard's statement and relative analysis and calculation, it can be found that the vibration frequency of the frame reed of vertical motor is lower than the speed frequency of the motor. The vibration was reduced to a qualified standard after remolding the frame,and then vibration frequency of the reed is higher than the motor's speed frequency. By the repeated tests and analysis,it comes to a conclusion that whether stiffness of the frame meet the requirement can be testified by calculating vibration frequency of the frame reed.
