文迪雅联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗46例2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

目的：以内分泌疾病的治疗以及药物联合运用理论为指导,分析文迪雅（马来酸罗格列酮片）联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效,为研究合适及安全的治疗2型糖尿病的联合用药理论提供科学依据。方法：选择46例来我院就诊属于经饮食治疗和口服磺脲类药物治疗效果不佳的2型糖尿病患者,给予文迪雅罗格列酮片联合盐酸二甲双胍片进行治疗,以患者治疗前后的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HBA1C）、空腹胰岛素（Ins）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）为观察指标,分析患者血糖改善情况以及药物的疗效,随访3个月,并对试验结果进行统计学分析。结果：患者服药后血糖指标下降明显,与治疗前存在明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论：文迪雅联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效确切,明显改善了患者的血糖水平,同时降低了糖尿病并发症的发生率,因此该方法治疗2型糖尿病有着积极的意义。

Clinical efficacy of Rosiglitazone Maleate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of 46 patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Rosiglitazone Maleate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes by the treatment of endocrine diseases and drug use theory as a guide,appropriate and safe for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in combination to provide the scientific basis for theoretical.Methods：Selected 46 patients with type 2 diabetes were treated by diet and poor oral sulfonylurea in our hospital,they were treated with Rosiglitazone Maleate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,before and after treatment,the FPG,2 hPG,HBA1C,Ins,SBP,DBP of patients were observed,blood glucose improve the situation and the effects of drugs were analyzed,followed-up for 3 months,and the experimental results were analyzed.Results：After administration,the patients＇ blood glucose decreased significantly,compared with pre-administration,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Rosiglitazone Maleate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes is effective,significantly improve the patient＇s blood sugar levels,while reducing the incidence of diabetic complications,so this method has positive significance for type 2 diabetes.
