摘    要:以某金矿细粒级尾砂高浓度胶结充填为研究背景,通过试验对比分析了料浆浓度和灰砂比对充填体性能和料浆流动性的影响。结果表明:料浆浓度和灰砂比的增加,能显著提高充填体强度;料浆浓度的提高以及灰砂比的降低,均能够提高料浆的流变参数(屈服应力和塑性黏度),使得料浆流动性降低。为提高计量精度和料浆搅拌效果,提出间歇制备连续充填工艺,并进行了料浆浓度为60%和64%的现场工业试验,为细粒级尾砂充填提供技术参考。

Experimental study on high concentration cemented filling of fine tailings and its application

Abstract:This paper presents the effect of the slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio on compressive strength and fluidity of high concentration cemented filling. The test results show that improving the slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio is the effective methods to increase the compressive strength of the high concentration cemented filling. Improving the solid concentration and reducing the cement-sand ratio is observed a negative in?fence on the rheological parameters (yield stress and plastic viscosity), which lowering the fluidity. In order to improve measurement precision and mixing effect ,the filling process of batch preparation and continuous filling was designed and applied successfully in an industrial experiment.This research confirmed that the fine tailings could be suitably used as backfill material to fill the underground stopes.
