MRI快速液体衰减反转回复技术在脑实质型脑囊虫病中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:探讨MRI快速液体衰减反转回复技术(FLAIR)在脑实质型脑囊虫病中的应用价值。材料和方法:对35例脑实质型脑囊虫病患者前瞻性快速FLAIR与快速自旋回波(TSE)T2WI序列扫描,比较两种序列显示脑实质型脑囊虫病的表现。结果:在35例脑实质型脑囊虫病中,FLAIR序列显示病灶1016个,敏感率99.4%;TSET2加权序一笔勾销显示病灶774个,敏感率75.2%,两者显示病变的敏感度有显著性差异。FLAIR序列较TSET2加权序列多显示病灶242个,但TSET2加权序列较FLAIR序列在脑干和小脑多显示6个病灶,FLAIR序列与TSET2加权序得天独厚共同显示的768个病灶中,有759个病灶的边界及对比度在FLAIR序列较TSET2加权序列显示清晰。结论:FLAIR技术对脑实质型脑囊虫病的显示优于TSET2加权序列,应作为脑囊虫病的常规检查序列。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the application of fast fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR)pulse sequence of MRI in cerebral parenchyma cysticercosis.Material s and Methods:Thirty-five cases with cerebral parenchyma cysticercosis were studied with fast FLAIR sequence and TSE T 2 WI sequence prospectively.The appearance of fast FLAIR sequence and TSE T 2 WI sequence in the cerebral parenchyma cysticercosis were compared.Results:The lesions were more easily detected on FLAIR sequence,1016?1022(99.45%)than on TSE T 2 WI 774?1022(75.2%).The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Two hundred and forty-two lesions could be demonstrated only on FLAIR sequence,but there were6lesions in posterior fossa could be seen only on TSE T 2 WI sequence.The interstructure and the contrast between lesions and normal brain tissue of 759lesions were better shown on FLAIR sequence than on TSE T 2 WI sequence.Conclusion:The lesions in the cerebral parenchyma cysticercosis were better shown on fast FLAIR sequence than on TSE T 2 WI ,and fast FLAIR can be used as a routine scan sequence in cerebral parenchyma cysticercosis.
