| Abstract: | With the development of Chinese market economy,constructing modern Chinese constitutionalism needs more and more democracy and nomocnacy.So the conceptions of governing the country,performing the power, and administrating our country by come into being. They have their own profundity connotations. They are the three rational choices in modern Chinese constitutional road. |
