细丝CO2自动焊机的单片机智能控制系统

摘    要:针对目前细丝CO2焊自动焊机焊接电流和电弧电压-之间存在非线性调节关系,利用人工调节很难使两者达到最佳匹配的难点,研究了一种以16位80C196KC数字单片机为核心器件,通过自主开发的软件自动实现电弧电压与焊接电流最传真匹配的智能控制系统。系统设计了旨在补偿电弧电压寻优过程中焊接电流念头的模糊控制器,同时采髟优选法自动对电弧电压进行夺电流值下的以实现最高短路过渡频率为目标的自寻优。

Abstract:Though nonlinear relationship between welding current and arc voltage exists for the CO 2 arc welding, it is difficult to reach the optimum matching by manual adjustment. In this research, an intelligent controlling system is developed to control the welding current and arc voltage automatically, in which the main component is a 16 bit single chip processor 80C196KC. Relevant software is compiled. A fuzzy controlling unit is developed to compensate the current deviation resulted by the arc voltage adjustment. In addition, optimum method is used to search the optimal arc voltage to achieve the ultimate drop transfer frequency under specific welding current setting.
