子宫复旧不全所致晚期产后出血的预防

目的:探讨子宫复旧不全所致晚期产后出血的病因及预防措施。方法:对10年间我院收治的26例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:子宫复旧不全是导致晚期产后出血的主要原因,占65%,造成子宫复旧不全的原因有部分胎盘、胎膜残留、胎盘附着部感染、产后尿潴留、子宫位置异常等。结论:影响子宫复旧而导致晚期产后出血的因素涉及孕期、产时和产褥期,所以加强围生保健,特剐是做好第三产程的处理和产褥期保健工作,对降低晚期产后出血的发病率至关重要。

Prevention of Later-period Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Incomplete Womb Restoration

Objective To research the reasons and precautionary measures of postpartum hemorrhage caused by incomplete womb restoration.Methods The clinical data about 26 patients in hospital in the last decade are analyzed.Results It has been found that the main reason for postpartum hemorrhage is incomplete womb restoration,occupying 65%,and the factors causing incomplete womb restoration are partly remains of placenta and fetal membrane,infection of adhesive part of placenta, postpartum retention of urine,and unusual womb position.Conclusion It's been concluded that the factors affecting womb res- toration and postpartum hemorrhage are related to pregnancy,in-partum and puerperium.So it's vital to strengthen the whole -period health,especially deal with the third process of giving birth and puerperium health properly,which can reduce the incidence of later-period postpartum hemorrhage.
