摘    要:目的:本文针对目前构杞质量缺乏量化指标进行质量控制的现状对枸杞多糖含量测定方法进行了研究。方法:采用酚-硫酸比色法于490nm波长处测定枸杞多糖含量,对不同产地等级的构杞进行了研究。结果:以枸杞粒大、色红、肉厚者多糖含量高。结论:本方法简便、迅速、可靠性高、可用于枸杞质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE In this article the study of lycium barbarum L. In the method of the for quantitation of polysaccharide for it lacks quality control of quantitative index presently. METHODS phenol-sulphuric acid colorimetry at the wavelength of 490 nm as been developed for quantitation of polysaccharide in Lycium barbarum L. The study of Lycium barbarum L. in defferent ranks and producing areas. PESULTS: Suggests the polysaccharide content is higher in Lycium barbarum L. Of big granule, red colour and plump pulp. CONCLUSIONS The simplicity, rapidity and high reliability of this method has been evaluated for quality control of Lycium bar- barum L.
