液气射流泵性能的试验研究

摘    要:通过试验及用闪频仪对透明射流泵内气液二相流运动过程的观测,本文对液气射流泵的工作原理及射流破裂机理进行了初步的分析。应用流体力学的基本原理,推导并初步验证了单级液气射流泵的基本性能方程及其简化式;提出了液气射流泵在抽真空时的性能方程的经验表达式,确定最优参数的计算方法和效率较高的液气射流泵设计方法,按此方法设计的液气射流泵用于抽真空时的等温压缩效率最高可达35%。


An Experimental Investigation on Liquid-Gas Jet Pump Perfqrmance
Abstract:Through the experiments and observation on the moving process of the liquid-gas two phase flow in transparent jet pump by means of the lightning speed meter, the operating principle of liquid-gas jet pump and mechanism of jet breakup are primarily analysed. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics, the fundamental equation of single stage liquid-gas jet pump and a simplified formula are deduced and then verified by the experimental results. The experimental expression of liquid-gas jet pump performance in vacuum pumping, the method of determining optimum parameters and the designing method of high efficiency liquid-gas jet pump are proposed. By this designing method, the maximum isothermal compressed efficiency of liquid-gas jet pump in vacuumpumping can reach 35%.
