摘    要:通过数值模拟与性能试验,检验了新一代叶片式混输泵原理机的性能。采用Fluent软件,选用RNGκ-ε湍流模型进行数值模拟,计算得到了混输泵原理机在不同试验工况下5级增压单元的增压以及内流场特性。数值模拟结果表明,含气体积分数小于25%时,混输泵在设计工况增压满足设计要求;在各种含气体积分数条件下,气液分离现象较少,验证了原理机设计方法可行。同时,在不同含气体积分数工况下进行了混输泵外特性试验,分析了含气体积分数对混输泵性能的影响。试验结果表明,混输泵原理机在各种工况下运行平稳,外特性达到了设计要求,从而证明了混输泵设计方法的正确性。

Abstract:The performance of a new generation of blade-shaped multiphase pump unit was tested by means of numerical simulation and performance test.Adopting the Fluent software and the RNG к-ε turbulent flow model to conduct a numerical simulation,the characteristics of the pressurization and inner flow field of the pump's five-level pressurized units in different experimental conditions were obtained by calculation.The numerical simulation results show that,when the gas-bearing concentration is less than 25%,the pressurization of the multiphase pump satisfies the requirement of design under the designed conditions.Under various conditions of gas-bearing concentration,the gas-liquid separation seldom arises,which verifies that the method to design the unit is feasible.Meanwhile,the test of the external characteristics of the pump was conducted under different operating conditions of gas-bearing concentrations and the effect of gas-bearing concentration on the performance of the pump was analyzed.The experimental results show that the unit works smoothly and steadily under different operating conditions and its external characteristics have reached the design requirement,which proves that the method to design the pump is correct.
