ULK1在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨胃癌组织中ULK1的表达及其临床意义。方法 收集2013年1月至2013年12月145例胃癌组织和50例癌旁组织。采用免疫组化SP法检测上述组织中ULK1的表达，分析其表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果 胃癌组织和癌旁组织中ULK1的阳性表达率分别为80％（116／145）和16％（8／50），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。ULK1表达与胃癌浸润深度、分化程度、淋巴结侵犯、TNM分期和复发转移有关（P＜0.05），与年龄、脉管侵犯、HER 2和p53无关（P＞0.05）。ULK1无表达、低表达和高表达组患者的中位生存时间分别为44.8个月（95％CI：40.5～49.2个月）、427个月（95％CI：39.9～45.6个月）和37.7个月（95％CI：33.0～42.4个月），差异有统计学意义（P=0.007）。

The expression of ULK1 in gastric cancer and its clinical significance#br#

ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of ULK1 in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significance.MethodsFrom Jan 2013 to Dec 2013， 145 cases of gastric cancer and 50 cases of adjacent tissues were enrolled， and the expression of ULK1 in the above tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship of its expression and clinicopathological parameters as well as prognosis were analyzed.ResultsThe positive expression of ULK1 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues were 80％ （116／145） and 16％ （8／50）， respectively， with statistical difference （P＜0.05）. The expression of ULK1 was correlated with invasion depth， differentiation degree， lymph node invasion， TNM stage， recurrence and metastasis （P＜0.05）， but not with age， invasion of vascular， expression of HER 2 and p53 （P＞005）. The median overall survival of patients with ULK1 negative， weakly positive and positive expression was 448 months （95％CI：40.5-49.2 months） and 427 months （95％CI：39.9-45.6 months） and 377 months （95％CI：33.0-42.4 months）， and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.007）. ConclusionULK1 is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues， and there is a poor prognosis in patients with ULK1 positive expression. ULK1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer， and is one of the prognostic indicators of gastric cancer.
