摘    要:静态安全分析是智能电网调度控制系统中实时监控与预警类应用的核心功能之一。当前的静态安全分析在考虑单个元件开断的基础上给出的校正信息局限于灵敏度相关信息,内容比较单一,无法覆盖实际运行需求。在深入研究电网分区特点的基础上,提出了基于树搜索法的电网分区在线辨识技术,并进一步对静态安全在线校正策略作了改进,可实时给出以设备越限校正为目标的分区联络设备合环决策结果。该技术在华北电力调度控制系统实现并投入在线运行,经实际验证分析计算结果准确可靠,提高了在线分析应用的智能化和自动化水平。

Abstract:The static security analysis is one of the core functions of real-time monitoring and early warning application in the smart grid dispatching control system. The correction information by single component disconnection is restricted to sensitivity which is too simple to cover actual needs. Based on an in-depth analysis of grid division's characteristics, an online identification technology is raised based upon tree search method, and an improvement is made on the static security on-line correction strategy, which can provide a real time decision-making information of division connection device's loop closure aiming at over-limit correction of devices. The technology is realized and put into operation in dispatching control system of North China power grid. Practical verification shows that the analysis and calculation results are accurate and reliable, and the technology can improve the intelligent and automatic level of online-analysis applications.
