乙炔氢氯化反应低固汞催化剂热稳定性研究及寿命评估

摘    要:炭负载氯化汞催化剂具有优异的乙炔氢氯化反应催化性能,低汞催化剂核心问题之一是解决催化剂的稳定性。对低固汞催化剂的热稳定性评估方法进行了系统研究,并关联了低汞催化剂的损失率和催速反应条件下的催化剂失活速率之间的关系,完善了低汞催化剂热稳定性评估方法,并对本课题组开发的低固汞催化剂进行了长周期寿命评价。

Abstract:Carbon supported mercuric chloride catalyst has excellent catalytic properties in acetylene hydrochlorination.One of the key topics in the research of low-mercury catalyst is the evaluation of catalysts.In this paper,the low-mercury catalyst was studied in detail,and the relationship between the thermal stability test method and deactivation rate of low-mercury catalyst in high space velocity was investigated.The lifetime of the low-mercury catalyst prepared was evaluated.
