特厚压力容器钢板SA- 516 Gr.70探伤不合原因分析

摘    要:利用光学金相显微镜对某钢铁公司生产的特厚规格压力容器钢板SA- 516 Gr.70探伤不合原因进行了分析研究。发现造成钢板探伤不合的原因是成分偏析造成碳富集,轧后组织转变中得到贝氏体+马氏体组织,应力没有及时释放产生了中间裂纹。

Abstract:Optical metallographic microscope was used to analyse the detection flaw of extra- heavy pressure vessel steel SA- 516 Gr.70 in one iron and steel company.It was found that the flaw detection was caused by the bainite+martensite microstructure after rolling as carbon enrichment due to segregation,and then stress was not released in time to cause the intermediate crack.
