| 摘 要： | 针对现有各类油管锚功能的不足 ,研制出DGM型多功能油管锚。新型油管锚主要由坐锚机构、锚定机构、锁紧机构和解锚机构四部分组成。锁紧机构增加了碟簧防松结构 ,解决了油管锚液压力消除后卡瓦松动锚定不牢靠的问题 ;双向卡瓦结构使其能同时承受轴向力和扭力 ;卡瓦燕尾槽采用逼进式结构使解锚更灵活可靠。 30 0多套油管锚的现场应用表明 ,坐锚、解锚操作简单 ,锚定可靠 ,作业一次成功率 10 0 %。

| Abstract: | In the light of the shortcondngs of the exishng tubing anchor, Model DGM multi-funchonal tubing anchor is developed. The new tubing anchor is mainly comprised of anchor setting mechanism, anchoring mechanism.The locking mechanism and anchor releasing mechanism. The locking mechanism is provided with a loosin g-proof structure for improving anchoring reliability; bi-directional slip struc ture is designed for the anchor to bear axial force and twisting force. Field us e shows the new tubing anchor is reliable and easy to operate, and its operationsuccess be reashes l00%. |
