| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内介入诊疗技术在空、回肠动脉出血中临床应用的意义。方法:本文对13例拟诊为空回肠动脉出血的患者行肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉造影,其中6例通过介入诊疗技术定位、指导下行病变切除术。结果:2例无异常发现,阳性发现11例,其中恶性病变2例,分别为空肠间质细胞瘤、空回肠淋巴瘤;良性病变9例,7例为血管畸形,其中2例合并动脉瘤;小肠息肉2例。结论:介入诊疗技术对空回肠出血的诊断有独到之处,对指导外科手术具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical application of interventional technology in jejunum and ileum bleeding.Methods:13 patients who were given SMA and IMA angiography,6 patients received operation with the resection of lesion place.Results:Of all 13 patients, 11 had the positive signs in angiography including 2 malignant (1 with lymphoma and 1 with interstitial celluar tumor)and 9 benign ones(7 with malformation of blood vessels and 2 with intestinal polyp).Conclusion:The interventional technology is hepful in diagnosis of small intestinal bleeding and guidance of operation |
