硫酸软骨素硫含量的测定

目的 采用氧瓶燃烧及茜素红法测定硫酸软骨素中硫含量.方法 将硫酸软骨素置氧瓶中燃烧,收集得到硫酸根溶液,加入pH3.7乙醇-醋酸铵缓冲液,以茜素红为指示剂,用高氯酸钡滴定液滴定,根据消耗体积计算出硫含量.结果 硫含量在0.8～8 mg范围内与滴定液消耗体积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.5％,RSD为1.0％.结论 本法简单、准确、干扰少,滴定终点颜色变化灵敏,可作为硫酸软骨素和其他硫酸多糖硫含量的测定方法.

Determination of Sulfur Content in Chondroitin Sulfate

Objective To determine the content of sulfur in chondroitin sulfate by oxygen flask combustion and chinalizarin method.Methods Chondroitin sulfate was placed in the oxygen flask for ignition,then collected with the absorbing liquid to obtain the sulfate solution.The pH3.7 alcohol-ammonium acetate buffer was added.With chinalizarin as an indicator,the content of sulfur was determined by the sulfur solution to be titrated with barium perchlorate sulfur.Results The sulfur content had a good linear relationship with the consumed volume of the volumetric solution in the range of 0.8-8 mg.The average recovery rate was 100.5 ％ and RSD was 1.0 ％.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and less interfered by other substance,with obvious and sensitive colour change at the end point of titration.It can be used to determine the content of sulfur in chondroitin sulfate and other sulfated polysaccharide.
