摘    要:为开发电动自行车用胶体蓄电池并进一步延长其寿命,试验了多种隔板,初步认为超细玻璃纤维隔板(AGM)仍为首选。装配比试验证明,胶体电池若选用AGM隔板,紧装配同样是延长蓄电池寿命的重要措施之一。极板采用高温高湿固化工艺,快速循环寿命可提高约1/4。通过铅膏配方试验,发现制约电池快速寿命的是负极板而不是正极板,制约深循环寿命的主要是正极板。目前通过多次试验正极板深循环寿命可超过450次,快速寿命可超过800次。

Abstract:For development of gel acid-lead battery used by electric bicycle and longer cycle life, varieties of separators were tested, and the results indicated that the Absorbed Glass Membrane(AGM) was the priority candidate material. An assembling proportion tests proved that if AGM used as separator, the pack assemble was one of the important ways to increase battery life. A high temperature and heavy wet solidification process is taken to make plate, fast cycle life was improved by 25%. It was found that the fast cycle life of battery was limited by negative plate, but not by positive plate, and deep cycle life was mainly limited by positive plate. After many tests, the deep cycle life over 450 times and fast cycle life over 800 times of positive plate were reached.
