水分胁迫对金光杏梅幼苗生长及其生理指标的影响

摘    要:以金光杏梅盆栽幼苗为试材,研究了不同程度水分胁迫对其幼苗生长和生理生化各指标的影响,以期为金光杏梅的抗旱栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的提高,金光杏梅幼苗株高、叶面积、叶鲜重、叶干重、茎干重、根干重、叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;叶片电导率和丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量以及POD活性都随水分胁迫程度的加重而明显升高;SOD活性在轻度和中度水分胁迫下上升,在严重水分胁迫下下降。

Abstract:With potted Jinguang plum seedlings as material,effect of different water stress on the growth and leaf physiological indexes of seedlings were studied.The result was as follows: with the increasing of water stress,plant height,leaf area,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,stem dry weight,root dry weight,relative water content and chlorophyll content in leaves were decreased;The POD activity,relative membrane permeability and the content of MDA,soluble sugar and proline in leaves were increased significantly with water stress increasing;SOD activity was tended to increase and then decreased with the increase of water stress.
