摘    要:目的:探讨重症监护室各层次带教老师岗位竞聘与绩效考核方法,以提高教学和护理质量。方法:2010年以来某医院ICU采用自愿报名,以竞聘演讲形式,结合科室测评和专业知识考核,从而确立各层级岗位带教老师。每月兑现效益工资,任期2年。比较岗位竞聘实施前后各层级学习人员满意度、护理人员对危重病人护理质量。结果:岗位聘任方法改进后,ICU科室护士、实习护士、轮转护士及进修护士对教学工作满意度和综合护理质量均显著优于改进前。结论:重症监护病房护士带教老师岗位竞聘上岗方法,是提高临床教学质量的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of position competition mechanism among ICU nursing teachers for the purpose of improve the quantity of teaching. Methods: To select teachers from Anhui provincial hospital since 2010, with position competition presentation and professional knowledge tests. The integrated ability of all candidates was e- valuated. Extra prize will be provided to the teachers. The duration as a teacher will be last for 2 years.The degree of satisfaction of student towards the teachers.and the quantity of daily nursing for the critically ill patients will be com- pared before and after using this method. Result: The degree of satisfaction of student towards the teachers and the quantity of daily nursing are better after carrying out this method than before. Conclusion:position competition mech- anism for selecting teachers can effectively improve the quantity of education.
