热管散热器变工况性能实验研究

摘    要:用实验方法对一台新型热管散热器进行了变工况性能测试研究.人工环境实验室的空气处理机组模拟环境温度(即冷侧进风温度),用电加热装置调节散热器热侧(热管蒸发段)空气进口温度.冷侧进风温度在5-41.5℃范围调节,热侧进风温度在20-55℃范围调节,得出散热功率与冷热侧进风温差有关而与进出风温度范围无关;对充液率分别为35%和25%热管散热器进行变工况实验研究,得出了热管散热器充液率25%时性能优于充液率35%时性能等结论.

Abstract:In this paper, the off-design performance of a new type of heat pipe radiator was studied based on experimental method. A air handling units in the artificial environmental laboratory was used to regulate the environment temperature ( cold side inlet temperature of the radiator), and a electric heater was used to regulate the temperature of hot side inlet of the radiator. The temperature of cold side inlet varied from 5℃ to 41.5℃, the hot side inlet varied from 20℃ to 55℃, and the dispersed power of the heat pipe radiator varied from the difference in temperature between the cold inlet and the hot inlet, and irrelevant to the temperature profile. Heat pipe filled at the rate of 25% has better performance than the rate of 35% have been observed.
