| 摘 要： | 针对目前合同变更损失统计研究缺乏快速性和准确性研究,提出了合同变更损失统计计算模型。首先进行了合同变更损失分析,讨论了损失产生的原因及其组成,并给出了合同变更损失统计模型,提出了一个可行的合同变更损失统计快速响应系统框架结构,并详细讨论了系统的关键技术和实现策略,该系统已在立体停车库产品合同履行系统中得到应用,有效地提高了统计的效率和准确性。
