| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨血型（ABO和Rh）复检和不规则抗体筛检的临床应用价值。[方法]对需要输血的手术患者提前进行血型复检和微柱凝胶技术筛检及鉴定不规则抗体。[结果]3 826例患者中,共检出ABO血型不符3例;Rh血型不符1例;不规则抗体阳性8例。[结论]对手术备血患者提前常规检测血型和不规则抗体,有利于保障输血的安全.有效和及时。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To analyze the clinical value of re-examination on preoperative blood types and screen of irregular antibody.[Methods]Blood type re-examination,screen and indentification of irregular antibody and the gel-test technique(DiaMed)were given to the preoperative patients.[Results]Among 3826 preoperative patients,the blood type of 3 patients was incompatible(including one RhD incompatibility)and 8 patients were detected out irregular antibody.[Conclusion]Routine blood type re-examination and irregular antibody screening can assure the safe,effective and timely transfusion. |
