| 摘 要： | 论述了传统的周转箱模具滑块设在动模及定模的优缺点,介绍了周转箱模具滑块设在定模的关键技术要求和设计要点以及滑块位置动作分解和分析,实践证明,模具滑块设在定模可以使产品取出方便,提高了生产效率,减轻了劳动强度。

| Abstract: | The strengths and weaknesses of a mould for reusable container with sliding block at movable and fixed half were discussed.The key technological requirements and design points for the sliding block placing at fixed half were stated,and the action of the sliding block was analyzed.The application shows that the structure makes the product stripped easily and the efficiency raised. |
