空调分流槽注射模工艺分析与模具设计

摘    要:通过对空调分流槽产品结构以及注射成型工艺进行分析,确定塑件的注射模结构为一模一腔,在模具中设计了浇注系统、顺序脱模侧抽芯机构、分型机构和温度控制系统,对注射模的设计过程进行了的阐述。结果表明,使用弯销机构顺序脱模可解决空调分流槽凸起部分形成的倒钩区的脱模问题。

Abstract:After an analysis on the structure of an air conditioner current divider and on the injection molding process,an injection mould was developed in which the feed system,sequential demolding mechanism by side core-pulling,parting mechanism and temperature control system were designed.The application of bending pin mechanism for sequential demolding is effective for the stripping of hooked zone in the outshot part of the air conditioner current divider.
