| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MSCT在肌腱、韧带损伤中的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析骨关节创伤中肌腱、韧带损伤的CT表现,部分与MRI检查或手术结果对照。结果:24例膝关节韧带损伤中,前交叉韧带损伤11条,后交叉韧带损伤8条,外侧副韧带损伤6条;4例跟腱损伤,跟腱不全性撕裂3条,断裂1条。结论:MSCT对较薄韧带的显示欠佳,但对肌腱及较粗韧带(如交叉韧带等)的显示效果好,对其损伤的诊断较为准确,可为临床提供重要的诊断与治疗依据。
