摘    要:目的 探讨常规矫正与微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸临床效果. 方法 随机选取该院2013年5月—2015年5月收治行口腔正畸治疗患者150例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例),分别采用常规矫正与微型种植体支抗治疗;比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后上下颌牙齿测量情况. 结果 对照组和观察组患者治疗总有效率分别为77.33%(58/75),98.67%(74/75);观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后L1-MP和U1-SN水平均显著优于对照组、治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 相较于常规矫正,微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸可有效提高临床效果,促进上下切牙角度恢复.

Clinical Comparative Analysis of Conventional Correction and Micro Im-plant Anchorage in Orthodontics
Abstract:Objective To discuss the difference of clinical effect of conventional correction and micro implant anchorage in orthodontics. Methods 150 cases of patients receiving orthodontics in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were select-ed and randomly divided two groups with 75 cases in each, the control group were given conventional correction, the obser-vation group were given micro implant anchorage treatment, the clinical curative effects and the upper and lower jaw dental measurement conditions before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate in the control group and in the observation group were respectively 77.33%(58/75)and 98.67%(74/75);the clinical cu-rative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the L1-MP level and U1-SN level after treatment in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group and before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional correction, micro implant anchorage in treatment of orthodontics can effectively improve the clinical effect and promote the recovery of upper and lower incisors angle.
