冠状动脉狭窄患者甲襞微循环定量研究

摘    要:用新型激光多普勒显微血流计定量检测冠状动脉狭窄患者甲襞微循环。该仪器可测定单一血管血流速度、血管直径和搏动幅度。并应用中药丹参和其它4种药物比较其对微血管血流速度的影响。表明激光多普勒微血流计是新型迅速监测心血管疾病患者组织灌注的仪器,并可估计药物对微循环的作用。

Abstract:A new Laser-Doppler microvelocimetering (LDMV) was developed to study blood flow in individual vessels in patients with coronary artery stenosis. The LDMV was used to measure steady blood flow velocity,diameter of vessels and pulsation flow. In addition,the effects of China's traditional herbs-Salvia Mitiorrhyza and other drugs-on the blood flow in the patients were investigated. LDMV constitutes a new quantitative procedure and is a promising tool for rapid monitoring of tissue perfusion in cardiovascular disease and estimating the action of drugs on microcirculation.
