产后子宫复旧不良的中西医结合研究

目的 探讨中西医结合对产后子宫复旧不良研究的思路.方法 分析产后子宫复旧的分子过程,以及子宫内膜修复的启动、修复相关的因素,归纳产后子宫复旧不良病变的现代分子病理学演变及特征,探析子宫复旧不良中医临床证候特征以及传统有效方药的作用规律与机制.结果 产后子宫复旧不良中医药证治具有一定规律性,基于现代分子生物学等技术,对其"虚"、"瘀"证侯实质及方药作用规律研究可能获取重要突破.结论 产后子宫复旧不良为主的产后病防治是中医妇科学重要特色内容之一,体现产后病机"多虚多瘀",治疗"勿拘于产后亦勿忘于产后",应积极开展研究.促进中西医结合妇产科学的全面发展.

Study of Chinese and western gynecology on postpartum uncompleted endometrial regeneration
